Our Story
MissionHires was founded to address a personal need identified by our founder, Alfredo Vaamonde. While leading his previous venture, Papa, Alfredo encountered difficulties finding individuals who genuinely aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Recognizing that many startups and companies face similar challenges, Alfredo decided to create a platform to help employers discover, screen, and hire candidates who are passionate and aligned with their mission, vision, culture, and values.

Mariana has 15+ years of experience in strategy. Previously, Mariana led positions in CX and digital transformation at companies such as Millicom, Visa, and Telefónica.

Miguel is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of deep expertise in real-time systems, apps, and cloud technologies, coupled with mastery in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
