MissionHires was founded to address a personal need identified by our founder, Alfredo Vaamonde. While leading his previous venture, Papa, Alfredo encountered difficulties finding individuals who genuinely aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Recognizing that many startups and companies face similar challenges, Alfredo decided to create a platform to help employers discover, screen, and hire candidates who are passionate and aligned with their mission, vision, culture, and values.
